I will only consume liquids….ive tried everything else…..diets,calorie restriction,I havent eaten sugar in 3 yrs!I have a hormonal imbalance which im taking medication for….But I NEED TO GET THIS WEIGHT OFF IM GETTING SUICIDAL!i PLAN TO DRINK NOTHING BUT BROTHS.

I currently weigh 210 (yes i know i am overweight- i am making the lifestyle changes and have already lost 25 pounds). I have large breasts and large thighs and rear end, so i know there is not a possibility for me to be a tiny girl.
I was curious as to how much i should plan my goal weight to be. What is the healthy weigh for a 20 year old girl who is 5’3”? I want to be considered a average/normal/healthy. I dont want to be fat.

i’ve been doing 50 mins 3 times of tae bo and 30 mins the other 2 days of a bike machine. First week was 6 pounds, then 3, then 2. I want to set a goal of 3 pounds this week, would i be able to attain this by upping my exercise?
19 male, 6 feet and now at 237. This is my 4th week exercising and watching cals.
