I currently weigh 210 (yes i know i am overweight- i am making the lifestyle changes and have already lost 25 pounds). I have large breasts and large thighs and rear end, so i know there is not a possibility for me to be a tiny girl.
I was curious as to how much i should plan my goal weight to be. What is the healthy weigh for a 20 year old girl who is 5′3”? I want to be considered a average/normal/healthy. I dont want to be fat.
