Goal Setting And Oprah Winnfrey…?

this is a long shot but here goes.
I remember viewing an Oprah Winnfrey show some years ago on the power of goal setting. On that show she had a guest who was a multi millionare bussinessman. When he was a kid he sat down and made a book of goals that he wanted to achieve in life such as becoming a millionaire, reading the entire encyclopedia brittanica, mastering the piano, owning (and flying) a jet plane etc. He had hundreds of goals that he had written as a kid and had achieved most of them.
As I said its a long shot but does anyone remember the show or who the man was?
