Understanding Chakra Balancing – Modern science has done its best to obliterate from the minds of people the existence and importance of spiritual being within the physical being.

Our body is made up of 7 primary Chakras as well as thousands of secondary ones. the word Chakra, in fact, is a Sanskrit word meaning Wheel of Light, and these Chakras are in a constant state of rotation and vibration in a healthy body.
However, if the chakras become unbalanced, this means that there will also be an imbalance in the overall health and performance of the body. This means that Chakra Balancing is necessary to be healthy in mind, soul and body.
Chakras are Entry Gates of the Aura and the centers of activity that receives, assimilates and expresses life-force energy. Located along the central line of the body from the base of the spine to the top of the head the seven main Chakras absorb and transmit energies to and from the universe, nature, celestial entities, and even from people.

When one or more of the Chakras is blocked and the energy does not flow harmoniously through them, the result will be an imbalance among the Chakras that is manifested in all areas of life.
Chakras’ optimal functioning can be disturbed because of a number of factors, including lack of exercise, lack of ability to express emotions, an unhealthy diet, stress, poor health, exposure to toxic substances, holding beliefs that are not congruent with the truth, childhood trauma, emotional injury, cultural conditioning, disconnection from a higher power, and so on.

It is a very widely held but utopian belief that chakras always function completely in harmony. Therefore, humans have always tried to correct this erroneous belief and seek to strike a fine balance between the chakras. Chakra balancing loosely incorporates the idea of self-healing.
Our shapes, glandular processes, continuing physical ailments and negative thoughts and behaviors can easily be changed through Chakra balance. Balancing allows these limitations to be overcome, and those who constantly work towards achieving harmonious Chakra functioning will attain as a bi-product a healthy mind, body and soul.

With Chakra balance comes many new processes and thoughts. There are many ways in which to find balance of one’s Chakras including:

* Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises
* Physical exercise
* Color and light therapy
* Using gems or crystals
* Balancing the chakras by using pendulums or hands
* Aromatherapy
* Using touch therapy
* Maintaining an optimistic and positive outlook

* Practicing or using hypnosis and doing affirmations
Our body is a reservoir of energy, in which the spent energy is released and disposed of by the body organs, and replenished, with new supplies of energies.
Chakra balancing ensures that this energy is gained and utilized by the body optimally, and all vital organs and body cells get their fair share of this energy.
